At the time of booking, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. Virtual Consultations will require the full payment upon scheduling. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other clients. Any cancellations made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which will be required again at the time of rebooking. Both the initial and subsequent deposits can be applied towards rescheduling.
If a cancellation occurs a second time outside of the 24 hour timeframe, full payment will be required at the time of rebooking. Unfortunately, no shows will be unable to reschedule and the deposit will be non-refundable.
To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly request no children or guests in the treatment room. However, infants in car seats may be permitted with prior discussion with your provider prior to your appointment. We understand the importance of self-care for parents and believe they deserve dedicated relaxation time. If you have any concerns or special arrangements, please feel free to discuss them with us beforehand. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for all our clients.
